Breathwork & Live Drawing Performance Night

Join us for a special evening at MEP in connection with Hhh – Ahhh, Tobias Gutmann’s current solo exhibition.

The evening begins with a guided breathwork session using Conscious Connected Breathing following the Naikando Method® — a flowing breath rhythm without pauses between inhale and exhale. Through breath, music, rhythm, toning, and optional touch, participants are invited to leave everyday stress behind, settle into the body, and enter a deeper state of presence.

From there, the evening continues into a live drawing performance by Tobias Gutmann, whose exhibition grows out of breathwork and explores breath, tension, interruption, and release through line and gesture.

This is an evening shaped by breath, body awareness, and drawing — a chance to step out of the everyday and enter the exhibition through lived experience.

After the breathwork session, MEP will host a short break with drinks and light refreshments before the live drawing performance.
