About the event
This spring, mep invites achoo.collective for a special afternoon of writing, seasonal reflection, and shared food.
Centered around With(in) Timewise — an essay-calendar inspired by the 24 Solar Terms — this gathering begins with an introduction to the cultural background of the 24 Solar Terms and the story behind the publication. The afternoon then opens into a guided creative writing workshop, where participants are invited to imagine and name their own “solar terms” through everyday life, the body, the city, and the season.
Food is an important part of the experience. The artists of achoo.collective will prepare a spring seasonal serving inspired by traditional seasonal eating, while mep will create a special drink and a special gelato flavour for the occasion.
A spring afternoon to think, write, taste, and welcome the season together.
